After customizing Michaud's green minivan into the ultimate mobile torture chamber, the predatory pair hit the road to hell. From California to Nevada, they abducted defenseless young women, including one of Daveggio's own relatives, and forced them to endure hours—sometimes days—of unspeakable sexual acts in their orgy of terror.
But for Michaud and Daveggio, the biggest thrill of all was yet to come. After their next marathon rape and torture session, they pulled together on the rope and strangled 22-year-old Vanessa Samson to death—unware that evidence from their horrific final crime would lead to their capture by police...or that, one day, they could both be condemned to die by lethal injection.

Ok I really love true crime books because they keep me interested. Rope burns is everywere. The author goes way off the subject several times and it is hard not skipping pages. Good luck to the next person whom reads this. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.

From the moment you start reading, you get chills all over your body. Of all the True Crime books I have read, this one is the most chilling yet. I normally takes me about one day to read a 300 page book (but I had to take a lot of breaks inbetween because of the violence) and it took me 3 days to finish it. It even made me have nightmares! But I had to finish it. Read at your own risk!!!! Don't get me wrong, although somewhat disturbing this is an amazing book!! You just have to realize there are people like this out there, and if there weren't then these books wouldn't have been written. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
