I love this book. It's completely clean. It really is great. Most young people do not think things through well.

Too many typos to be easily read

I could not read more than a few pages, if the book was scanned where did the typos come from? If someone typed it, why wasn't it spell checked? Don't bother with this version!!!

    A Lovely Little Tale

Rose in Bloom is perhaps my favourite Louisa May Alcott novel. Although it is generally prefered by younger girls, its wholesome sweetness befits it for a girl or woman of any age. One rarely finds such pure, innocent romances nowadays.

    LOVED IT

I loved how this book was simply written. It also has good advice even for today. I loved that she ends up with the "right" man. I was hoping he would win her and he does! This is probably my favorite Alcott book next to Little Women.

    Absolutly Great

This book was sooooooooo Good. I was really happy with the ending. If I had to pick a favorite book by Lousia May Alcott It would have to be between Rose in Bloom and An Old Fashion Girl. I also think that in Little Women Joe should have married Laurie that would have made the book and the movie.

    Loved this book!

I loved this book, mostly because of the romance, or because of the sweetness of the story line. I've read almost all other Alcott books, and this one is definitely my favorite.

    Don't miss this one

I really liked this book even though I cried like a baby in the middle. I don't think the ending came out the way it should have but it was still sweet. I just wish she would've had the completely perfect ending she usually has

    A Timeless Love Story

This book is so romantic, it leaves you guessing because you don't know who Rose will choose... Trust me, the end is a total shocker I was really surprised the first time I read it. I think I have read this book 5 or 6 times I loved it so much. It is a classic love story that will never go out of style.

All young women should read Rose in Bloom!

I must say that I love 'children's' books. A lot of them are such great reads and I think I actually get a lot more out of them being 18 then if I were only 13 or something. I loved ROse in Bloom...especially the romance. I've read Little Women, too, but I would reccommend Rose in Bloom over Little Women. It beats the modern romances any day!

Not as Good as Eight Cousins

This book was okay, but I really enjoyed Eight Cousins better. The ending was all wrong in this one, at least from what I had imagined, and it doesn't seem to have the same charm as Eight Cousins. After having enjoyed Eight Cousins for a long time, this book was a bit of a disappointment.

    ATouching Story

Very interesting and moving, especially when Charlie, the prince dies, and Phebe and Archie come together, and also when rose falls in love with Mac. I feel this strange feeling I can't explain after reading this book.

    An okay book

Louisa May Alcott is a great author, but I like Eight Cousins better. There was only one thing bad about it and I'm not telling you. Read it yourself! L.M.Alcott's book has lots of romance, so if you like romance, you'll like this book.

    Alcott @ her best! :)

My absolute favorite Alcott book, and I've read 'em all! Personly, after all the Alcotting I've done I pretty much took the ending for granted, but I know for many others it spoiled the book. While I enjoyed Eight Cousins, I enjoyed Rose in Bloom even more. Rose is grown up now, she's 18 or so. My Favorite part of this whole book is irionicly... the ending! It's soooooo sweet and lovely!

    Same Flaw and Wrong Cousin

Hi I just reviewed the first part and told you what I thought of Rose. The others of course were wonderful! Pheobe and Archie were a wonderful match. Now DON'T get me wrong I liked Mac very much I thought he was very sweet and charming. But WHAT WERE THEY THINKING! Granted, prince Charlie was a naughty boy. But he was trying to change because he LOVED Rose! He could've took her down off her high horse and made her human in a good way. I say they should've written Mac a good girl and given Prince Charlie a break.
