    Nightmare to install

    I wish I could rate this product on the actual language learning part, but I have not been able to get it installed on 4 different computers. Activation of the product does not work, and while we could eventually get something installed to do 2 units, it de-activated and will no longer allow any activation. Rosetta Stone support, knowledgebase and website are no help, and you can't return the product. If you are planning on buying this product, make sure you have a brand new PC with nothing installed (an extra at least 500.00) and be prepared to lose all the money you spent on Rosetta Stone, as you can't return it after it has been opened, even if you can't ever get it working. Basically told by support it is my problem.
