This software is good. However DO NOT BUY FROM Barnes and Noble. They will not do a return if for some reason you need to. They will say you have to go through Rosetta stone. However Rosetta stone will not give accept the return because you did not buy it from them. You will have to go to where you purchased it to get a refund and deal with their refund policy. Barnes and Nobles policy is this. Return within 14 days unopened. This negates the Satisfaction guarantee advertised by Rosetta stone. This software is good. However DO NOT BUY FROM Barnes and Noble. If you want to buy this product buy from Rosetta Stone directly. This way you are protected incase for some reason you do want to return it. Barnes and Noble needs to modify their return policy or stop selling this product.
