Route 66 Cookbook (Deluxe 75th Anniversary Edition): Comfort Food from the Mother Road

The recipes are sound and the stories add to the history of Route 66. Interviews with Route 66 personalities are great. Some of these people are now dead. I'm glad their memories and their foods were saved. A great read even for those who don't cook.
