    Lovely!

I love this book! It give a wonderful introduction for you and your child to begin to talk about other cultures and their customs in a way that your child can understand. The illustrations are wonderful, exciting and Phenomenally drawn. It really brings the characters to life. It's not just an ordinary book to read to your child, it's educational, fun and interesting! Well worth the money! I'm definitely going to be looking forward to seeing what else this author has to offer!

Great Book For Learning About Different Cultures

I was privileged to be told about this book and be able to read it. First, the illustrations are absolutely beautiful. Whoever the illustrator is, he is extremely talented. Shoot, I wish he would illustrate something of mine! Then, there's the story line. It starts off with Roy G. Biv starting his day, washing, eating, etc, before introducing us to the Dine' or Navajo Indians in such a cute way. Introducing it in the form of a puppet show was such a cute idea and it seemed to flow so well. Then, he goes to sleep and wakes up to learn more about the Navajo Indians. It is such a brilliant idea. I like the way the book flows with teaching the colors of the rainbow and does it in such a way that once a child is done reading it they will remember Roy G. Biv. The fact that this author chose to create it into a character, as oppossed to the poem that we are probably all use to hearing is even better. I really like this book and will be giving it as Christmas gifts. It's engaging, educational, creative, rhymes well and just has a great overall flow to it. Well written!
