NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELLER • An electrifying journey of emotional and sexual discovery that pushes two damaged souls to their breaking point—and beyond
He’s the last man Chloe Girard should love . . . but the first she ever could.
Ethan Frost is a visionary, a genius, every woman’s deepest, darkest fantasy—even mine. And, somehow, I am his.
He stole into my life like a dream. Turned my reality upside down and made my every desire come true—especially those I never knew I had. He demanded everything I had to give and gave me everything of himself in return.
But dreams don’t last forever, and ours is no exception. Because my nightmares are darker, and my wounds deeper, than I could ever reveal. And as much as Ethan wants to protect me, the secrets we share will only tear us apart.

Ethan Frost returns in Addicted, now available!

Library Journal
Chloe expects her first day as an intern at biomedical corporation Frost Industries to be filled with intellectual property law and business. She doesn't expect to get into an argument over blueberries in the cafeteria with the gorgeous guy behind the smoothie bar. Worse, she didn't know that guy was in fact Ethan Frost, her boss. VERDICT Wolff (Full Exposure) brings two people with tormented backgrounds together to heal each other. While the relationship may seem too familiar, the plot will intrigue even the most skeptical readers [Xpress Reviews, 1/10/14.]—Kristi Chadwick, Emily Willison Memorial Lib., Easthampton, MA

Ruined: An Ethan Frost Novel 4.2 out of 5 based on 0 ratings. 196 reviews.

Well the title is appropriate considerating all the plot spoilers revealing the entire story line while bragging how they got their book for free for their "honest" review. Bn, please put a stop to the obnoxious plot spoilers who think they have to tell every detail of the story. Not only them, but these kids who use the book review section as a chat room and a role play game room. Cant they all be banned? Isnt that a term of service violation?????

My review: I have to admit that I was little sceptical about Ruined. The reason behind it is, that there are tons of books where a rich CEO meets an ordinary girl, they fall in love, face issues and then suddenly you have a trilogy. But believe me, when I am saying that this book is different. I loved the writing style! It was funny, sexy and there is much more to the story than you think in the beginning. It was genuinely well-written and a total page turner. And what a cliffhanger at the end of the book!!! Honestly, I can't wait to the sequel! Plot: Chloe has her first day of the internship at Frost Industries when she meets a guy blending smoothies at the company cafeteria. Ethan is laid back and he seems to know a lot about his smoothies. You quickly find out that Ethan knows much more than just about the smoothies. He is a handsome CEO of the Frost Industries and finds himself being very intrigued about Chloe. Chloe has a dark past which she tries to forget and her past is the reason why she doesn't want to have anything to do with Ethan. But Ethan doesn't give up. He does all the right things to win Chloe's heart. There are some interesting twists and turns in Ruined and the plot is not as obvious as it seems. It's a romance, but also deals with some serious issues like abuse, betrayal and family relations. What I loved about it was, that even though the author and the characters are dealing with heavy topics, the book was not dark and tormented and that is mainly because the story is told by the point of view of Chloe. That brings us to the characters. Characters: Chloe does have a dark past, but she has moved forward by deciding that she wants to live a normal life. That is her biggest strength and that is what made for so lovable. Whatever has happened she has decided to make the best out of her life and I admired her for that. She is strong, feisty and her voice is adorable! Ethan is puzzled and intrigued by Chloe. Chloe is not opening up very easily and that darkens their relationship. Luckily Ethan does right with her and wins her trust. I loved Ethan, he was persistent and sweet and hot as hell. Generally: Ruined is a great start for Ethan Frost series. It is a page tuner which you can't put away. It has some hot romance, well developed characters and it is fun to read. I highly recommend it!

Ruined was a great story, and although I'm not a fan of open endings I was with this book because I knew there was a sequel, ADDICTED, coming in June. The sexual tension, emotion, light scenes, realism and sex all worked, never forced into the story and made me long for more. Maybe that's why the ending didn't bother me -- I wanted to spend more time with the characters and now I'll get to in the next book!

It is incredible and you won't be able to put it down... BUT it is the first in a series and you will be DEVASTATED when you get to the end and find that you have to wait until JUNE for the next one...

This is a wonderful story that I couldnt put down. The characters, storyline and realness of the book quickly pulled me in and held me throughout the story. I simply can not wait for the next in this series!

I don't get the good reviews. Everything in this book is unrelatable. A CEO of a biomedical company with no background or experience in biomedical research (took me a PhD and several years of postdoc to get there). Let us not forget she is a summer intern who has not even graduated from college, yet is assigned the research for a major merger of the company... on day ONE! I know I am reading romance involving a billionaire and all the things that rarely happen in real life, but a good writer transports you into the story as if it was real. Even the sex scenes were unrelatable. This was just teenage drama in a supposedly adult world. The writing was poor and unengaging, with pages and pages describing this girl's mental backs and forths. Incredibly boring. I skimmed through the wordy paragraphs without missing any real content. I bought the second book already, so I am going to read it no matter what. But the plot is already predictable, so I don't have high expectations.

## FABULOUS READ ! First let me say thank you to the reviewers that warned me this was a cliffhanger. I always appreciate that and thus waited for the conclusion to be released before I read this. Next, let me say a big FU to the lady that keeps griping about the plot spoilers in every book review I come across. She may not like it, but many of us readers do. I won't even buy a book unless there is a detailed review. If you don't like them, DON'T READ THEM. Simple. It's not rocket science! Finally....this book was tremendous! I couldn't put it down. It just captivated me. I found myself both smiling and tearing up. Wow, how refreshing that the hero wasn't an arrogant man-slut and that there wasn't a perfect Barbie-like ex out to destroy this couple. The hero and heroine had an amazing connection that you could feel jumping off each page. Man, Ethan was hot. Drool-worthy in fact. Yes, there is a cliffhanger but the conclusion is already available. Yes, like another reviewer remarked, there is some repetitiveness. HOWEVER, those are minor issues. LOVED IT.

292 nook pages (260 actual pages to the story) of phenomenal reading and ends with a real cliffhanger. I can't wait for the sequel "Addicted" that is due out supposedly sometime in the summer of 2014.

This is review is going to be to the point since I do not want to give anything away, but bottom line I liked the story, I liked the characters, I loved the cliffy. I liked the whole set up of the story.  I liked how the characters met.  The entire book kept my interests which has been hard to do lately. I cannot wait to read the sequel.  It was a great cliffy and I wonder how the characters are going to handle the new revolution.  Plus, I want to find out more about Ethan.  Even though he is a nice and very likable guy, he has some dark skeletons in his closet which I love for all hot rich heroes to have.  *wink* The story may have the typical rich guy meets sweet heroine, but this one was a little different in the sense of the heroine’s past.  I received an ARC of this book.  Whenever I get an ARC, I overlook the grammar and punctuation.  However, it is important that the publisher and author go back and rewrite certain chapters. There were a few chapters where the author did not make a distinction between two of the characters.  The books still needs major review in editing. Ruined is one of the best books ever. I can't wait for the next book. I read it in one day and loved getting into the pasts of both characters. No spoiler - just an honest review by an avid reader. It needs more than 5 stars. Tracy Wolff is a personal favorite of mine - a talented, imaginative writer that makes me want to quit my job and just read her books all the time.

Ruined by Tracy Wolff is the first book in her Ethan Frost series. A steamy romance interwoven with a traumatic past and a promising future you will fall hard for these characters. Chloe Girard is a promising new intern at Frost Industries and is beyond excited about her new non-paying job. It's everything she ever wanted for her resumé and puts her one step closer to her Goal of being accepted into a prestigious law school. Ethan Frost is the owner, creator, and CEO of Frost Industries. He is approachable, hot, endearing and the second he lays eyes on Chloe he is beyond interested. When she gives as good as she gets at the smoothie bar he's hooked. The build up between these two is rapid and wonderful. It's instalove in a way that works so well for me as the author goes above and beyond to show the ways that they just "click" even when there are other forces pushing between them. Ends on a cliffhanger and is told from Chloe's POV only. An amazing read and thank goodness book two is out already ;-) Addicted.

Giggling my ass off before the end of the first chapter. And in a good way--like when the Disney princesses meet their prince charming but dont know it yet. That sounds corny, but read the sample and youll get what i mean. Its witty. Youll have to buy it.

This was a great read about how a girl with a troubled past works to see what the man of her dreams see the first moment he sees her, despite the fact he owns the company she is interning at. I loved this story so much I prerecorded the second book moments after finishing this one

As posted on The Smutty Kitty reviewed by KittyKelly 3 out of 5 Licks Let's start by saying this book ends in a cliffhanger! While overall I did wind up enjoying the book, had I known the ending would be a cliffhanger I wouldn't have read it yet. Luckily for you book 2 comes out soon (July) so you won't have to wait long. As you can tell from the synopsis above the book is in first person. It tends to be much harder for me to get lost in a book that is in first person, especially since the entire book is all from Chloe's POV. Ethan and Chloe move a lot faster than I prefer my couples who don't know each other to move but I could see how having such an intelligent, attractive, and rich man fawning all over you could make you fall head over heels quickly. The connection between them strong and I was really getting into the book. Until we got closer to the end. That's when I could tell we weren't going to get resolution by the end. I really do not like cliffhangers. lol That being said it is worth a read. I am anxious to read the next one. I saw it coming, but I still want to know how this plays out!

I cannot wait for the next book. I thought this one started off just a bit slow, but picked up as she finally made it to her 1st days at work. Ethan seemed innocent and all so perfect and then the twist comes...and book ends. I am looking forward to the continuation of this story!! The development of their relationship is great, playing the romantic card more than the sexual dominant. However, I do hope it heats up in the 2nd book a tad more.

Hotness Rating 3 out of 5 I have been hearing about Ruined and the infamous Ethan Frost for what seems like forever. Being as I'm not a huge fan of the drama and added angst that normally accompanies the new adult genre I've been putting off reading this book. I finally decided to read it and now I'm hooked. Don't get me wrong I still feel like there is a ton of drama and angst, but I don't feel like it's manufactured so much in this book. I get where it's all coming from and it's coming from a true place of fear and pain. Ethan Frost may be a very wealthy, sexy and successful man, but he's also kind and thoughtful. I enjoyed him immensely as a character. The fact that, although he has some things in his past that still haunted him, he realized his issues needed to take a backseat to Chloe's. Hers were much bigger and nothing was going to stop him from protecting her. Even if it meant leaving Chloe to do it. Chloe spent pretty much her entire life knowing that she had no one on her side. This isn't even just a young girl's impression of her past. Her parents made it loud and clear when they chose to take money for the hell Chloe was put through as a teenager rather than protect her and make the guilty pay. Chloe was blindsided when Ethan swooped into her life and tried to give her the love and protection that she deserved. The ghosts from Chloe's past made an ugly appearance and Chloe did the only thing she knew to do she tried pushing Ethan away. Together Chloe and Ethan could accomplish anything. They just need to learn to trust each other. Theirs is not an easy path and by the end of this book it was in no way any easier. Left with a cliffhanger that would make me scream if it wasn't for the 2nd book is already out we will now have to read Addicted to see if Chloe and Ethan get their happy. Overall I am very pleased with this first book of the Ethan Frost series and really hope the next book is as good as this one.

Loved, loved, loved this book. I couldn't put it down. Chloe is such an easy to connect to character that I read most of the book with a tear on my cheek and butterflies in my stomach.

4 star I was pulled right into this story. The story has laughs, pain, secrets, and heartbreak.  This is the start of Chloe and Ethan’s story. Chloe is broken and had a deep fear from things that happened in the past.  When Chloe get an internship at Frost Industries Ethan takes an interest in her.  She tries to keep him at a distance but he is having none of it.  He is sweet and gentle where she didn’t have that before.  Can she let down her guard and try for a relationship or in the end will it all blow up in her face? I felt I was able to connect with the characters and the story was a great read.  I highly this book and can’t wait for the next story from this author.
