Ruining Lives

Editorial Reviews

All Music Guide - Gregory Heaney
On their ninth studio album, and fourth since reuniting in 2000, Prong continue to keep the crossover train rolling with Ruining Lives. While the album leans heavily on the thrash side of the band's sound, Tommy Victor and his crew bring in plenty of other sounds, continuing the kind of subgenre-agnostic sound that helped make the band such an influential force in the '90s. And while that sound might not be the revelation that it was a couple of decades ago, the band is still full of energy, making Ruining Lives an album that won't ruin the days of any fans looking for a Prong fix.
