Time is running out on American exceptionalism. The light of liberty is flickering. At no point since we still had the Redcoats on our shores has freedom been more imperiled. This time it's not an invading foreign power that threatens us, but our own government gone wild— unhinged from its Constitutional limits. Many great books have been written about what we should believe and why, or why the Left's beliefs are flawed, but never before has a book been written that shows how to do what we believe. Until now. The Left has its playbook, Saul Alinsky's infamous Rules for Radicals. Now the good guys have theirs. Endorsed by a who's who of the conservative movement, we present Rules for Patriots.
Deace draws a line in the sand between Republicans and Democrats, along with elected conservatives whom he believes have deserted the party and the true believing patriots who will not compromise their values. His playbook for Republican victory calls for such "commandments" as "never trust Republicans." In a work that's sure to arouse some readers and raise the hackles of others, Deace concludes that a "bad Republican is not better than a good Democrat."

Finally!! It's about time someone put this stuff in writing so the TRUE conservatives have a game plan for winning. This isn't rocket science, but apparently, we've worked too hard a complicating our elections by trying to be such a "big tent". It's time to figure out who we are, what we stand for and stay true. Thanks Steve Deace for laying this out so clearly. Now, it's up to us to DO IT!
I was continually impressed with the perspective and research presented on numerous, important issues in this book. As an Evangelical voter myself, I too have been guilty of sitting on the sidelines and assuming the GOP will position the right leaders and make the best decisions for conservative values that were foundational to our nation. The 2016 GOP primary cycle has been a wakeup call for me, and this book has been a great tool to help me communicate my beliefs and engage those around me in a respectful manner. I highly recommend this book, especially for those questioning how they will vote in 2016.
