I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It was the very first Stuart Woods book I read and liked the way he wrote. I learned a lot about boats and the plot kept me going.

This book gives insight into the character of Will Lee. The book lays the groundwork for who Will eventually becomes. It was a page turner and I throughly enjoyed it

The beginning was a little rocky it was hard to see where the author was going, although once you got into the book it was amazing. The characters were really good and it was very hard until then end to patch in the bad guys, very well thought out. Recommendation to all thriller readers out there!!

There is no better Stuart Woods book than Run Before the Wind. Mr Woods took most of the events that surrounded the 1976 OSTAR race and incorporated them into a stunning novel. If you love Stuart Woods, (as I do) you will love Run Before the Wind!
