What if the perfect party plans didn’t work out so perfectly?

In this young adult thriller, seventeen-year-old Morgan Butler’s parents are out of town and she’s finally alone. She has a romantic night planned with her boyfriend after attending the party-of-the-year. And her aunt is conveniently working late and will stop by the following day to check on her. All her plans are falling into place.

But on the way to the party, her car runs out of gas.

Stranded on a dark, desolate road with no money, no gas and a dead cell phone, Morgan makes a decision with dangerous consequences.

Now she must fight, claw, scratch and scream…and then run like hell to survive.

Elena Andrews is the new find of the year

From the suspense filled opening scenes on that dark road to the wonderfuly thought out characters inhabiting the novel Run Like Hell has made me an immediate fan of this new author. Elena Andrews has proven that she has the chops to run with the big dogs in the world of YA Thrillers. This is a fantastic debut and put me at the front of the waiting list for her next novel.

    Awful!

This book was so poorly written. The characters were flat and unbelievable. I might would suggest this book to a tween, but anyone older than that is just going to continue rolling their eyes at how improbable the entire story is.

    Just okay...

Some parts seemed unrealistic. It was a quick read..only 114 pages. The editing of the copy was not good(missing words, punctuation, etc.)I also felt like the author would say the same lines, just in different ways, over and over again.

    Highly Recommended- A great debut

My heart was pounding from the opening pages as Morgan makes her fateful (and reckless) decision and the feeling didn't stop until the last page. A fast paced highly suspenseful thriller with twists and turns throughout that grabs you from the very beginning and never lets go. Believable characters and highly recommended for teens or adults.

    Enh...

114 pages. It's okay I suppose if a teenager wrote it. Main character is so completely stupid it gives you a headache. Then the writer throws in a character towards the middle to end and has them add another facet to the story too late in the game. Then it rushes to a wham bam thank you ma'am ending and poof it's over. I don't remember what I paid for this but if it was free I still can't get the time I wasted refunded back to me. Bleh.

So much can happen in so little time.

This book was surprisingly and amazingly good for only having 114 pages. It tells a whole story in a short amount of time and keeps your attention throughout. I recommend it to anyone who wants a short, yet interesting read. You will not be disappointed!
