Has kept me running since my 82 & 83 NYC marathons

I have periodically used this book for over 20 years to figure out what was wrong with my legs or feet. Now my three teenage sons are using it. A must have book for all serious runners.

    Very good Book

Comming off of a stress fracture this book related to my needs. This book is very well writen, it talks to you like an average joe would and not like a doctor, who uses big scientific words. It gives you an understanding for what is going on and how to treat it before it is to late. I highly recommend this book!

    He'll keep you running

Written by a podiatrist, this is a wonderful book for runners. He understands that virtually nothing will stop you from running and with that premise, shows common problems and how to treat them inexpensively at home. He also lets you know when it's time to get to an orthopedist or podiatrist. I've had this book for 7 years and he kept me away from the doctor's office for 5 of them. My physical therapist and orthopedist are surprised when I tell them, 'oh, I've tried that...' The book is well worth the money. Get it!!
