On many pages the type overlaps making the text unreadable. Other pages have dark boxes around text that obscure the type. I wish I could return this. I'm sure the book itself is fine, but the formatting errors are frustrating.

This is a good book for beginners. It gave me information to get started on a running schedule for a 5k.
