Great advice to reference to stay injury free

This book is loaded with a lot of great advice to try when you first notice something off. If you follow the advice you can probalby prevent an injury and will advise when you need to see the doc and when it is OK to run through it. I was an asst. athletic trainer for a year in college, no certification or degree, but feel that this is solid advice. I coach runners now and think this is a good reference.

Would LOVE in nookbook so I can have it handy when I travel for a marathon - who knows what advice I may need to read the day after Boston. Pls make in nook!! :)
