I Also Recommend:
This is not your average gay vampire novel. If you are looking to break away from torn love and the explicit sex that comes with a vampire novel, this is your book. This book is action packed and moves along very quickly. I like that the action keeps going and building. The vampires in this book are not "romantic" like in other books I've read either. They are more horrific. I liked this book, and will read others that M. Christian writes. However, I like the smut that I get from the other gay vampires. Was this review helpful? This is a very original book, and I say that because at no time does the author or the main character refer to the protagonist as a vampire. And that's actually good because it leaves you intrigued and mildly confused about what the main character actually is. There are no cloaks and daggers (but plenty of blood and guts) in this book, and I found that I truly enjoyed this new and refreshing look at what a vampire could be. The author's imagination is just terrific -- I really got 'sucked into' what he created. Plus, it's a great love story. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
