When I bought this book I was looking for some technical information about running and weight loss. Unfortunatelly, that is not what the book offers. This is a very brief (54 pages) compilation of superficial data about running, and does not provide any information that cannot be obtained through Google. I did not like it and do not recommend it to others, unless you are looking for some very basic info and don't have the time to do the research.
