Overview

Six years of living in a cell sure can be hell on a girl. Not to mention the fact that Cecil Windstream was only sixteen years old when her family was taken away for scientific experiments. After escaping, all Cecil wanted to do was die, but unfortunately the snake DNA that had been injected into her wouldn't let that happen - and neither will her mates.

Tug Brimstone was an alpha wolf by nature, but even he wasn't as powerful as Remi LeBlathe, their true alpha. Happy to be the new headmaster in their jointly owned BDSM nightclub, Tug wasn't looking for anyone, but fate had another plan for him. In fewer than two days, he finds he has three mates, two of whom are part snake and wolf. And now he's tempting fate by injecting snake DNA into his own body so he can mate with them.

Rory Sherwood is mate to Tug Brimstone, Clayton Glands, and Cecil Windstream. How can one tiny virgin who has been beaten and experimented on overwhelm him to the point where he forgets his own name, let alone seriously consider changing his DNA just so he can mate with her?

Clayton Glands, the muscle behind the National Council of Wolf shifters, has hidden a family secret all his life, but in fewer than twenty-four hours he has found his mates, exposed his secret, and gained a son.

In a one-week time span, the three alpha males Tug, Rory, and Clayton must protect their female from the scientists Cecil has escaped. Not only is her life in danger, but also her son's, and the future of every shifter around. The war against good and evil is coming to a head and their journey is just part of the story you'll find in this fourth installment of Trinity Blacio's best-selling series!

If you can get past a relationship where she continues to forgive her 'mates' who constantly cheat on her and insult her, its harder to get past the editing errors. Jeans instead of genes and bomb fires instead of bonfires. This author's editors should be fired.

This author has to have ADD, but I hesitate in saying that as I don't want to offend anyone who does. My head has whiplash from going from one scene to another. Not only that, but I feel like I've been to a party and don't know anyone there. Who are these characters? The character development just was not there. With the main character's background (& the only background we were privy to I might add) the story wasn't believable in any form or fashion. On a positive note, there were some redeeming qualities in this book. Dominic's father was an interesting addition to the story. I believe this book could be good to very good if the characters were slowly and methodically developed, as well as the story line. As it is, the book is unbelievable, ridiculous, & not worth my time & money.

I normally don't write reviews, but I have to say this book had it all. I laughed, cried and got mad. Great story, great sex, great characters!

I read the reviews before I read this book and was very disappointed with some comments. This is either the 5th or 6th book in the series (just a note) not the 3rd. The other books are the stories of the other charters and also build on this story line. Just like with any other series you do need to read them in order because you can get lost if you try to read them as a stand alone. (I' m just an avid reader so I'm not sure if I used the correct terminalogy.) Give the books a chance this is one of my favorite authors because of this series. Yes it could have used some additional editing but it does not distract from the story.
