Overview

Suzanne Butterfield wanted what her friend Tonya had; a man who knew how to control her life, worship her body and make her submit. Of course it helped that Tonya’s man was an Alpha of his werewolf pack, built like a tank, and tall as a mountain.

Dominic Hazelfield, a vampire king and dragon shifter, was a true master not only to his vampire kingdom, but in his BDSM club. By opening this club, Dominic believed he would finally find his true blood mate, that she would just walk into his den and submit her body and soul to him to care for.

Archer Morganthe- Clan leader of the Florida Everglades Vampires - was a loner; only his right hand man knew of his longing for Dominic. When he finally had him within reach, Archer found himself surrounded by Dominic's allies as well. He didn’t know how he was going to survive with so many around him, but somehow he would live to protect his mates.

Granger Iceshard—or as many called him, the Ice Man, listened to no one, claimed no clan. Always a ladies’ man, Granger was confused by his body’s overwhelming desire towards the men around him. The only problem was when he was confused, it made him dangerous.

Blair Wellworth was a Vampire warrior and wizard, and could shift into any animal. Only his family knew of his secret, but when danger threatened one of their Kings, Blair opened his closed heart for the love of his companions.

As danger loomed closer, the five came together, not only to protect each other, but also to prepare for what the Goddess of Vampires, Empusa, has warned them about - the war between good and evil.

Trinity believes in passing it forward: no matter how big or small an author is, she should always help others in the publishing profession. With the success of her Running in Fear werewolf ménage series at Ravenous Romance, Trinity has been able to give up her full-time job outside the home, and devote herself to writing full time. She has two children, Cheyenne and Rudy. When Trinity has time you can find her reading all sorts of romance novels. But, as you would expect, her favorites categories are dark fantasy, erotic romance, ménage, and erotic horror. If you can get past a relationship where she continues to forgive her 'mates' who constantly cheat on her and insult her, its harder to get past the editing errors. Jeans instead of genes and bomb fires instead of bonfires. This author's editors should be fired.

This author has to have ADD, but I hesitate in saying that as I don't want to offend anyone who does. My head has whiplash from going from one scene to another. Not only that, but I feel like I've been to a party and don't know anyone there. Who are these characters? The character development just was not there. With the main character's background (& the only background we were privy to I might add) the story wasn't believable in any form or fashion. On a positive note, there were some redeeming qualities in this book. Dominic's father was an interesting addition to the story. I believe this book could be good to very good if the characters were slowly and methodically developed, as well as the story line. As it is, the book is unbelievable, ridiculous, & not worth my time & money.

I normally don't write reviews, but I have to say this book had it all. I laughed, cried and got mad. Great story, great sex, great characters!

I read the reviews before I read this book and was very disappointed with some comments. This is either the 5th or 6th book in the series (just a note) not the 3rd. The other books are the stories of the other charters and also build on this story line. Just like with any other series you do need to read them in order because you can get lost if you try to read them as a stand alone. (I' m just an avid reader so I'm not sure if I used the correct terminalogy.) Give the books a chance this is one of my favorite authors because of this series. Yes it could have used some additional editing but it does not distract from the story.
