“Great book Bob. This book deals with the hardest part of distance running...between the ears. Excellent for the high school coach who needs that little bit of information to inspire a younger runner in small enough pieces that it just might sink in. It should also be good for the older runners who are struggling to keep going or to have a break through race or season. Congratulations, I now know where that "killer instinct" came from with Jeremy's racing.” Dave Carey High School Track Coach at Swartz Creek, Michigan. 27 years in cross-country, and 35 years in track and field. 2010 MITCA Hall of Fame award for cross-country.
