Meet the Author

Nobuhiro Watsuki earned international accolades for his first major manga series, Rurouni Kenshin, about a wandering swordsman in Meiji Era Japan. Serialized in Japan's Weekly Shonen Jump from 1994 to 1999, Rurouni Kenshin quickly became a worldwide sensation, inspiring a spin-off short story ("Yahiko no Sakabato"), an animated TV series, and several animated movies. Watsuki's latest series, Buso Renkin, also available in English from VIZ Media, began publication in Weekly Shonen Jump in June 2003.

Why say it...? Watsuki did it again.

Very, very good. Watysuki makes what would normally be boring conversation in comics interesting in yet another brilliantly constructed volyume of Rurouni K #3! Rock on, Watsuki-san.

    Kenshin RULES!!!

The book is awesome! Kenshin's as devote and gentle as ever. Sano gets to show off some more, plus the Brat (Yahiko)gets to flaunt his skills. Kaoru's finally met her match, but as Megumi says, 'Learn to make good rice balls and bean jam!' And that'll get you your Kenshin.

    female otaku's favorite series

The series in which the incredibly fast, handsome, and red headed samurai named Himura Kenshin continues in this next exciting installment of the series. He's not only incredibly handsome, he'll do your laundry too!
