Russian Kettlebell Challenge....Only warriors need apply!

The first book I bought of Pavel's long list of awesome books. Buy the book, buy a kettlebell, and you will morph into a lean, mean, do anything you want machine!!! Kettlebells will make you incredibly strong and your endurance will shoot thru the roof! All your fat hacked off to boot! Forget treadmills.
