Read an Excerpt

The uniqueness of both life and consciousness often evades us. The notion of our close connection to all other things, both organic and inorganic, is not something that most of us dwell upon. For instance, the molecules and the laws of nature that govern all things are exactly the same laws and molecules that exist in galaxies millions of light years from us. We and all things are far more closely connected than we dare realize. There are only a few more than a hundred naturally occurring elements throughout the cosmos, and all living things share these in common; just a few of those elements include carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen. We are tied, for all time, to all other things in the cosmos.

This Book Could Make A Minimalist Love Rustic

This is one of the finest books on the art of rustic furniture that I have purchased. The pictures are exquisite. The examples are rare and unusual and have a wide variety of styles. There is a wonderful collection of resources at the end. Truly a beautiful book and worth every penny.
