Douglas Spotted Eagle is a Native American musician, dancer, and author dedicated to the preservation of the arts and culture of the Plains Indians. On his debut release he combines the poignant sound of the Native American flute, with nature sounds, drumming, synthesizer atmospherics, with electronic sound effects by collaborator Dan James, and on one track, chanting.
