Highly recommended guide to coping and recovery.

Sacred Space is a guide book clearly written from the heart by someone who has experienced illness and also been a carer. It is light and easy reading: exactly what one needs when searching for guidence. I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It leaves you feeling really positive and good about yourself. I highly recommend it.
