Meet the Author

Inda Schaenen is currently a writing teacher in the St. Louis Public School system. Her previously published works include: The 7 O’Clock Bedtime, All the Cats of Cairo, and Mommy Wars. Schaenen has also been a newspaper reporter and has written columns and essays for Salon, The New York Post, and the St. Louis Post- Dispatch. Schaenen is a mother of three and enjoys spending time with her children, gardening, hiking, bicycling, and of course, reading.
