Overview

This was not supposed to happen to me. I am sure many of you feel the same way. I was on my way to having a beautiful life. My life had started out right, aside from my adoption to a physically and emotionally abusive mother, and passive father. Other than that, I was well educated, took ballet, played sports and did all the usual activities afforded a young girl. Despite the hiccups in my life, I was happy and positive, nonetheless.

For some reason, when I grew into a young woman, I always seemed to attract the wrong men. Whatever it was that drew these men to me, I cannot explain. Sure, some of the nice ones liked me too, but they were too boring, no challenge there. Give me a good-looking jock any day of the week. I had a great desire to be loved, and when a man would shower torrents of kindness upon me and would finally win me, that is when their dark side was revealed and the abuse unleashed.

Later in life, when I decided to marry, I ended up with the biggest bully of all. I was abused emotionally, physically & financially. How I got here, is anyone’s guess. I just knew that I had to get myself and my baby away from this creature of insanity, and I had to make sure that he would never bother us again.

Whatever our stories are for finding ourselves in an environment of abuse, is for another book on psychology to ascertain. What I am going to tell you here, is how you can get out of your abusive situation and never have to look back. I will show you how to get the help you may need and show you how you can take practical steps to find freedom and safety from your abuser. I want you to make it through and live the life that you and your children so deserve.

I am not a psychologist, psychiatrist, nor lawyer. I am just a woman, perhaps very much like you, who needed help. This book is based upon my experiences and I can only give you my practical advice. I knew of no source that could help me with all of my questions or give me guidance to find a way out of my abusive situation. I want you and your children to make it. This is why I have written this book. I pray that it helps you.

    This book saved my life

I only wish that I had acted earlier to take the right course for my life. I waited so long to save myself and my children and I am so thankful to the author of this book for taking the time to give those of us in abusive situations, a thorough guide to the way out. Not only does the author tell you how to escape your abuser, she also tells you how to make sure - to the best degree, he never finds you. All I can say is that I am so glad I found this book in time. I really thought that I would never make it alone, but I am doing it!

    Escaping Your Abuser

Escaping Your Abuser For women who are living in fear of abuse from their partner or husband, there is a now a guide book to help you with every step to freedom. Whether you have children or not the book Safe and Unfound - Escaping Your Abuser by J.E. Taylor can help you with everything from finding a place to go, becoming virtually invisible to your abuser, to learning how to protect yourself. It also discussed legal issues, provides financial tools and gives helpful resources to assist in ones quest for renewal and safety. I don't think that there is another book out there that has such comprehensive steps and information to help women in such situations. I highly recommend it!
