Excellent reference and provides real solutions to everyday problems.

This book gave me real information in a way that I could incorporate into my school immediately. The author lived what we dread - and provides the reader with the understandings of how and what to do if a crisis strikes your school. He also gives great insights into ways to make your school a safe and caring place to be. This should be required reading for anyone going into the principalship.
