    "Safeword Davenport and Chiffon" by Candace Blevins was a good (BDSM)
    erotic merage romantic read. This was a friendship with Zach, Dana, Brent and Jacob. Let me say this is a ADULT AUDIENCE ONLY! Now, having said that this novel deals with how these four people 'grow and develop a very close relationship.' "Safeword Davenport and Chiffon" is the fifth in a series from this author and continues from Safeword Davenport #4... so my suggestion would be for you to read #4 before reading #5, however...#5 does stand alone and it is a well written amazing read. There will be many 'lessons to be learn and knowledge to be gained.' from this read. I do not want to give away any of this...other than to say...I hope I have your interest in wanting to pick up "Safeword Davenport and Chiffon" to see what Mrs. Blevins can and does bring to her readers. Be ready for "a book that contains graphic language, consensual BDSM, bondage, extreme electrical play, enemas, and the use of toys including clamps, canes, plugs, cages, paddles, whips, and floggers. (That is the warning from the beginning of the book DO believe it!)." Now, if all of that doesn't bother you...you will be ready for this read. Since I am a book reviewer... I real all kinds of reads and I will only say WOW to this one. Indeed, it held my attention! Having to ask permission? What does that have to do with all of this? ... You must pick up this read to find out. Even though there is much sex and exploration that seems to go non stop, however, you really will get a good amazing story of loss and love.

    Would I recommend "Safewords Davenport and Chiffon" to all Adult readers..well the decision is simply up to you....I found it quite interesting and well written novel that left me saying WOW! By the way I gave this read 5 stars!

    Incredible BDSM!!! Amazing author....

    Let me just take a moment here to say holy kinkiness! Wow. There's just no word suitable for the way this book makes you feel. I have never read Ms. Blevins' work before now, but I can assure you that this will most definitely not be my last book by her. I loved every minute of this book. I picked it up instantly after finishing the last pages for Safewords: Davenport. I had to know where Zach and Dana ended up with their lives, and I just didn't want to wait. So, I sat down and once again, as with Davenport, I was swept away. I have to go ahead and warn you though. If you don't like breath taking intensity and emotional turmoil that will leave your head spinning, then this is most definitely not for you. But, if you are like me, and you love the feeling that you get when you read a book and can place yourself in the center of the story, feeling the emotions and pain, the thoughts and hear the words as if you are the character, then please grab a copy of this incredibly written novel. You must read this after reading Davenport. Zach and Dana need to be learned about from the beginning to grasp their struggles and emotions in their entirety. Dana is a young widow who redesigned Zach's interior to fit his style after he, too, became a widower. She learned of his kinkier side and felt and instant attraction to him in book 1. Zach had so much about him and was perfectly molded for his character. I wanted to be in Dana's shoes from the start for Davenport, right on through Davenport and Chiffon! Seeing the way she struggled with fully submitting to someone who was not her deceased husband was intense. There were times that Ms. Blevins nearly brought me to tears with the inner workings of Dana. I don't like to give away spoilers so I won't. I will tell you that the way the story plays out with Zach and Dana, Brent and Jacob is one that you won't expect. The workings of a Dom/sub relationship or a TPE relationship are not easy, I found. Seeing life through Dana's eyes brings on a whole new understanding to the workings of a kink lifestyle. But, the way that Ms. Blevins brought those to play into the story was so lifelike and intense that every slap of the whip vibrates through the reader. Will Zach and Dana get their happy ending? Or will Dana realize that Zach is too much of a Dom to suit her masochistic ways? Will Jacob return her feelings? And what about Brent? So much more than just those few questions are answered here. I will tell you that this story is not deserving of simply 5 Books in rating. It needs more than that. Words and numbers can't be placed on a book like this. Fifty Shades of Grey, it is not. No. It's better than that in my eyes (and that's saying a lot since I fell in love with Fifty!). Again, I warn you. If you aren't into signing contracts and using safewords; if you aren't in bondage and TPE, don't get this book. But, if you want to feel the power that flows from the pages of this novel, get this book now. It is so worth the time spent reading it. There are lessons to be learned and knowledge to be gained. I enjoyed Davenport, but I fell in love with Davenport and Chiffon. *This review is based on a complimentary copy which was provided for an honest review*
