Ziel dieser Seminararbeit wird es im ersten Teil sein, diese Frage, das heißt, die Begriffe Sagen und Gesagtes mit Lévinas anhand der Primärliteratur zu erläutern. Im zweiten Teil versuche ich mit Blick in die Sekundärliteratur einige Konsequenzen für theologisches Sprechen zu formulieren. Es wird sich hoffentlich zeigen, dass Aufgabe und Bedeutung theologischen Sprechens nicht in erster Linie in einem Sprechen über einen Gegenstand liegen kann und Theologie bemüht sein muss, Zeugnis zu geben, wenn sie ihrem christlichen Anspruch gerecht werden will. Es geht aber nicht darum, die Eigenheiten der Sprache in der Theologie herauszuarbeiten, sondern den der Sprache eigenen rätselhaften, ambivalenten Charakter in seiner Bedeutung für theologisches Sprechen mit Lévinas anzudeuten. Denn auch bei Lévinas geht es nicht darum, die Ambivalenz der Sprache oder theologisches und religiöses Sprechen als nur eine Form eines Sprachspiels zu erklären. Die Ambivalenz, das Ineinander von Sagen und Gesagten lässt sich nicht auf bestimmte Bereiche, Sprachspiele oder Lebensformen beschränken.
