Ana Janjatovi? Zorica is one of the most experienced teachers of natural cooking in Croatia. She was introduced to macrobiotics in 1987 and since then has participated in numerous seminars taught by international and domestic experts. Among other programmes, she finished level I training with the Kushi Institute in London in 1989, the Natural Cooking School in Makronova in the early 1990s and level IV of the International Shiatsu School in Zagreb. She began teaching natural cooking in 1994 and has been holding cooking seminars and workshops ever since. Ana enjoys sharing her experience with participants. She is an associate of the Makronova Natural Cooking School. Also, she teaches the practical part of Macro Weekend seminars which are a part of Living Academy programme. She is the author of the following cookbooks: Tofu, Stews and Casseroles, and was an editor of the Croatian edition of Michio Kushi's The Macrobiotic Path to Total Health.
