Although there are a lot of things in the recipes I cannot use due to my health issues, this is an excellent book. It would be much better had it included detailed nutrition for each recipe. So many people do not realize how poorly they eat and the risk that they are taking on by ignoring the basic nutrition that everyone needs. For this reason alone this is an excellent book to begin the path of better eating for your life. I do highly recommend this book.

Can't wait to try the recipes. Hard to believe this was a free book! Has great pictures. Table of contents works. The recipes have easy ingredients you can find anywhere. And the dressings I think you could use on whatever salads you want to use them on. Also, its a simple book. Meaning aanyone could use it. You dont have to be a chef with a culinary degree to follow it. I have some of those books too and they dont get used. I will use this one! Thank you for offering it. I will look for others by this author!
