    AAARRRGGGHH!!! -- Painful repetition!

The author repeats the exact same thing over and over and over again! And just when you think he's done stating the obvious, he says it again! So, a chapter that should take an hour to read, takes two hours and the key material is de-emphasized by the unecessary repetition. I can't believe how many times the author has talked about Windows ME and 98 not having IIS! I'm already bored and have barely scratched the surface. The key material is NOT explained as well as it should be. So, instead of stating the obvious repeatedly, the author should have focused on better explanations. I find that the repetition is causing me to skip ahead frequently, so I'm missing the key information in the chapter -- but don't worry... it'll be repeated again later! =-P Despite the mundane style, I am learning from the book. So, I'm giving it 3 stars.
