An outstanding cookbook that I happened to see in a cooking shop, while on a visit to Seattle. The recipes are fresh and innovative, yet easy, and the ingredients are available at most grocery stores. Try the Tuscan Chicken with Garbanzo Beans, Asian Pasta Salad or San Juan Island Clams in Cream Sauce. If this is what food is like in the Pacific Northwest, I'm moving there!Was this review helpful?
