Meet the Author

There have been many imitators, but only Jackie Collins can tell you what really goes on in the fastest lane of all. From Beverly Hills bedrooms to a raunchy prowl along the streets of Hollywood; from glittering rock parties and concerts to stretch limos and the mansions of the power brokers—Jackie Collins chronicles the real truth from the inside looking out.

Jackie Collins has been called a "raunchy moralist" by the late director Louis Malle and "Hollywood's own Marcel Proust" by Vanity Fair magazine. With over 400 million copies of her books sold in more than forty countries, and with some twenty-seven New York Times bestsellers to her credit, Jackie Collins is one of the world's top-selling novelists. She is known for giving her readers an unrivalled insider's knowledge of Hollywood and the glamorous lives and loves of the rich, famous, and infamous! "I write about real people in disguise," she says. "If anything, my characters are toned down—the truth is much more bizarre."

I've only had my Nook for 3 weeks and I'm already tired of downloading books that are just samples of an author's work. I wish they would at least be a little more specific when not offering the full book.

This is just a couple of chapters of her new books. It's not the whole story. I really wish they would tell you it is only a teaser. That is why it only gets 2 stars... Of course, you can't find the whole book. Otherwise, great trashy novel to read when you don't need a brain.

I like the story lines that are beginning here. The only trouble I had was not knowing where to find the complete versions... I want to know what happened to the model... Who murdered the actress? It isn't clear on where to go for more!

Need more of a book, & not just a review

Not a story-a preview. Calling it a bonus book is simply a lie.

This is only a 'bonus' story, thats why if youve been looking, you havent found an actual book. Its not part of the gino/lucky santangelo series, just a little extra for us :-)
