Damian Jordan has 25+ year of experience with SAP implementations and business transformations. He has held various positions in IT across many different industries, starting out as database administrator and programmer, moving to senior IT leadership roles covering program and service delivery, always focused on business transformation. He has over 20 years’ experience with SAP deployments (4.6, SAP ECC, and SAP S/4HANA). Damian focuses on change leadership, supporting an organization in getting the transformation to happen. He also has a passion for developing the knowledgebase of change leadership and is a founder and currently serving as a Directors of the UK Chapter of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP).
