This is typical of the Malouf books, with beautiful photography. This time they are traveling around Iran. The book is arranged around the region they are visiting and that chapter includes recipes from that region. Be aware that Greg Malouf's recipes are not always direct copy of the recipe. He is a trained australian chef of lebanese ancestry who has produced several books of middle eastern cuisine and puts his own spin on recipes.Was this review helpful?
