This book has recipes for sauces that have the same taste ( or better ) as more expensive sauces from health food stores, but at about 1/4 of the price. You will also have control over the ingredients. You can reduce sodium or any other ingredient and never miss it with these recipies. The book also categories ingredients and gives a guide for which categories to combine for innovate, tasty, healthy and quick meals. The recipes are dairy and egg free.
