    tolerance in orthodoxy

    marc b. shapiro is a wonderful scholar his works really reflect the vast knowledge he posses, anyone wishing to discover the reaction orthodox leaders had toward saul lieberman's incorporation to the jewish theological seminary, and generally the tolerance toward behaviors not accepted by them, would definitely enjoy this great book.
    i profoundly recommend this book to anyone interested in the subject.
