AN ABSOLUTE MUST FOR EXCELSIOR COLLEGE NURSING STUDENTS

I got this book while studying for Nursing Concepts 1. I made A's on all my exams for Excelsior College and I wouldn't have been able to do it without this book. It really streamlines the info for you and makes it easy to understand. Excelsior is a difficult program and it is much easier with this study guide.

    Money Well Spent

Great!!! I got this while in school and it helped greatly to pass my exams and understand difficult material that was not clear in lecture. The pop questions are great and explain fully why a answer is correct or incorrect. This NCLEX review book is all that!!!

    Excellent Book!!!

I bought this book during my first semester of nursing school. It really helped me ace my tests during Psych and Peds. The Med Surg portions are also excellent. It breaks down all of the disease processes to an easy understandable outline form. Great investment.

TRULEY EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

I really believe that this book used in conjunction with your regualr class texts is invaluable. This book teaches you to think critically because you understand how the NCLEX test is worded....YOU LEARN TO FOCUS ON THE CORRECT OUTCOME....having already passed my lpn boards two years ago(and using the LPN version) I have to say the NCLEX test is very tricky....many of the answers included in your choices to pick from ARE CORRECT. This book helps you to focus in on what the NCLEX is really looking for....If possible you should get it as soon as you begin nursing school......Further more if you know the multiple choice questions inside and out off of the CD...YOU'LL HAVE NO PROBLEM PASSING THE NCLEX

Great for students as a reference

I bought this book midway through my first year of nursing school, and after using this as a tool to study for my exams my grades went up dramatically, as did those of fellow classmates who used it. It offers concise and relevent summaries on various diseases, proceedures, and medications. It will be a great help when I do take the NCLEX, but it's invaluable as I make my way through school. I can't recommend it enough!!!

    Tons and Tons of Info

This book contains soooo much info! It would be better utilized if purchased prior to starting your first semester of nursing school. Realistcally, this book is too informative to use for a quick study for your boards. However, I would recommend using this book as a reference while using Lippincott's Review for NCLEX RN. The two together help out tremendously. This book used separately contains too much info for such a short period of studying time.
