    Of the three in the series so far, this book was the weakest. According to the author's website, this is a novella. So perhaps I should not have expected the level of detail in the story. I was really looking forward to seeing what would happen with Vkhin after the last book, but was disappointed when the story was told. The bones of a good story were there, the plot had so much potential. However, the characters were not as fully developed as they were in the other two books. It felt like there were lots of shortcuts. The hero & heroine lacked depth, as did the main villain. The story read as rushed and incomplete.

    Awesomesauce!

    I really enjoyed this novella It was a great contribution to the Fallen world, tho l did wish it was a full length novel so there was more story I love this series & the characrters & look firward yo book 4!

    This short story was a real let down. It's the third book that

    This short story was a real let down. It's the third book that Marsh has done involving the 'Fallen' in the first two she establishes rules and conditions for how things needed to come about which she completely disregarded in this book. Also the relationship between the two main characters isn't developed as well as it could have been even taking into consideration that the book itself is so short. In addition to that the plot and its connection to the other books plots is saddly underdeveloped. If she writes more in this series I hope she models them after the first book and not this one. I was extremely disappointed.

    Great Novella

    I think this was a great novella and nice to finally see Vkhin's story. It's short but good. I look forward to the next story in the series.
