    Planning a Trip

I always try to read up on a city before I go on a trip there. I like ghost books, not only do you get a bunch of ghost stories (which are always fun) you also get a bit of local history. Savannah is a city with a lot of local history! It is also interesting to note that Jim Williams is quoted in several of the stories. Jim Williams was of course aquitted of murder in 'Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil'.

    Savannah Spectres Spectacle

This was a great book to go along with the carriage tours and ghost walks in Savannah. It expands upon the tidbits that you are given on the tours. Some of the stories will make the hair stand up on the back of your neck and some make you laugh out loud. It is an easy read and great to add to your trip resources if planning a trip to Savannah, Georgia.
