Meet the Author

Margaret Kocsis, M.D., is a practicing pediatrician with extensive experience in obesity treatment and nutrition therapy. She has also developed and presented educational programs on fitness and nutrition in public and private schools. An avid cook, Dr. Kocsis has developed more than one hundred original, nutritious recipes, many of which are featured in Savvy Eating for the Whole Family. She lives in North Carolina with her husband and two children.
