Saxon Math 6/5, for fifth grade students, is an integrated mathematics program that consists of 120 daily lessons and 12 activity-based Investigations. Students are tested after every fifth lesson, and all tests are cumulative. Concepts are introduced incrementally and are continually practiced throughout the problem sets.

I am a special ed teacher-retired, and the Saxon Math text was being used by my grandchild, when I had an opportunity to take over her instruction for a few weeks.
