Overview

Say Yes To Change provides clear, practical solutions for overcoming the fears associated with unavoidable change: there are job uncertainties and relocations, loved ones pass away, children grow up, bosses come and go, family and friends move...the list goes on and on.

These situations are shared by every one of your customers. Reading this book will enable them to face future transitions and challenges with confidence.

George and Sedena Cappannelli detail twenty-five steps for building this confidence. Each step is explained in a short, easy-to-read chapter, and every chapter includes self-examination and goal-setting exercises that enable readers to clarify where they are in life versus where they want to be.

"This book is for those who know life is a challenge, that change is unavoidable and yet, who have the courage to remember that life is a school in which the learning never stops and in which the benefits to those with the willingness to stay open are extraordinary. We invite you to get ready for a journey that can lead you to a more renewed, engaged, passionate and empowered way of life."-- from the Introduction

Editorial Reviews

Jeanne Scott
As a result of your work, people are working just as hard, but now there is trust, mutual support, openness and sensitivity. It's a different place.
Donna Conlin
I cannot stress strongly enough the importance of including this kind of learning in every company's and every person's overall portfolio of education.
Publishers Weekly
Change is unavoidable, say corporate consultants George and Sedena Cappannelli. Yet if one knows how to deal with it properly, change can actually help one find and maintain balance and meaning. In Say Yes to Change: 25 Keys to Winning in Times of Transition, the authors present realistic ways to handle the birth of children, new primary relationships, career changes and more. Eliminate limiting beliefs, they say, and worship spontaneity, act with detachment and stay present. Each of the 25 chapters ends with exercises that will help readers put the Cappannellis' suggestions into action. (Apr.) Copyright 2002 Cahners Business Information.

Fortunately I was given a copy otherwise I probably would have wanted my money back. I didn't read anything beyond common sense advice and questionable opinions.
