    Just what I needed

It's been over a year since we had to have our sweet little female German shepherd put down due to degenerative mylopathy. I've been struggling with many of the emotional issues discussed in this book, and at times, I've felt like no one understands or cares.

Thanks to the meditations and suggestions in this book, I'm finally allowing myself to accept my grief as normal. If you have ever lost a pet or know that you will be faced with that situation in the future, I recommend buying this book.

It will be a source of comfort, compassion, and caring that you may not find elsewhere as you mourn for your much loved pet.
