    I Also Recommend:

    Wonderful, readable, practical, well-written

This book is so great for those of us who have come to understand the importance of speaking our truth in relating to others and YET are having difficulty facing our fear of rocking the boat, of not being liked, or just plain having trouble breaking the habits of a lifetime.

The book offers some good, useful introductory phrases to ease in to these conversations. You can personalize them to make them sound natural coming from you..... (though at first it probably won't feel that way)..... like having a cheat sheet for honesty!
