    I LOVE THIS BOOK!

In the beginning, Ms. McDaniel couldn't have found two people more **not** suited for each other. As I turned the last page (already suffering withdrawals from this great love story) I knew Conner's and Alexander's love would live on for eternity.

Good book. Talented author. Full novel.

Its nice finding a cheap full lenght novel. I dont think this book will disappoint those who like this period and a struggling romance between two people who find it hard to trust. It is hard to find an author who knows how to tell what abuse a character has gone through without taking it to far or leaving you guessing. I read a full lenght novel a day and rarely run across that trait and didn't realize until I read this novel how much I appreciate that style. Not everything has to be in your face raw to make a strong impression. I will be looking for more from this author.
