I am 12 years old and i love Nancy Drew.I read this book about Helene and Henri Fontaine and they are two dance teachers and they need some help with a couple problems. Nancy comes in and she gets into so many problems in real life during the mystery. It started out with two people but now it is many more. If you want to know more about this book(which you should)then i would recommend this book highly.

Nancy Drew and the "Scarlet Slipper Mystery" by Carolyn Keene is a book that spoke to me as a human being, and it inspired me to be a better person. This fun, mystery book is about a girl, a teen detective who tries to figure out who stole the Scarlet Slipper painting. As the detective, Nancy, is piecing together clues, she puts herself, her friends, and family in danger. This book was a great, mysterious, action book, but it spoke to me in a complete opposite way. Nancy Drew inspired me to be like her. What I mean is, to be a helpful, trustworthy person. She risks her life and her time to help people. I wish I could be open and out there. I felt Nancy's personality was amazing. She let people she barely knew into her house and she gave them money and help. She wanted to help them to solve the mystery so badly, she risked her life for them. The way she just wanted to help out, inspire me to do the same. I thought I was helping out but really I am not. As a human, it spoke to me. I also thought maybe I should be daring and adventurous too. Nancy gets to go on adventures and travel and see things. I want to be outgoing and go discover things too. As an adolescent, I want to live my life fulfilled. Nancy in a way showed me that when you're young, do what you can. Be fun and have fun. She inspired me to be courageous, and to do the things that are right, and be who I want to be. Nancy is a teen, I can relate to her. She is respectful and very sincere. Please read "Scarlet Slipper Mystery" by Carolyn Keene.
