Wonderful Deovtional Book for any parent

School is where the Home is, by Anita Mellot is a devotional that I highly recommend to any parent who is homeschooling their child. But I have to go a step further--this devotional book is one that inspires and feeds the heart of any Christian parent, whether they are homeschooling or not.

I'm a grandmother these days, and found my emotions and spirit drawn into the daily stories that contain such fresh and vivid images. I found myself wiping a tear away at times, and at others, chuckling. And then the author wraps up each image with scripture that goes right to the heart.

This is a book that would be a great gift to any parent, or anyone who is engaged in teaching children. I wish I'd had it when I was raising my children, but I can buy it now for my daughter-in-law when she seeks to guide my grandsons. It would also make a great book for your child's public or private school teacher.
