... this text is absolutely the most lucid examination of the interface between Western medicine and yoga I have discovered... rarely in available literature have the physiological facts been presented in such accessible form....

Everyone breathes in and out though out the day ,but how many are breathing properly and efficiently on a regular basis? Very few!! If the benifits of diaphragmic breathing could be put in a bottle and sold people would spent $30, $50 and even $100 to reap those benifits. This well written book explains the "Science of Breath" and the ability to bring that to you daily life. This was required reading for my Yoga Teacher Certification.

It's a really great book for people interested in improving their health in general, even if you are a beginner. Good place to start.
